My name is Laura Rose, 

Music has always been an important part of my life. I started piano lessons at the age of 7, and when I was 13, I picked up my sister’s ukulele and wrote my first song. Since then, I have never stopped writing. I added guitar to my instrumental abilities, and my love for music has led me to continue to pursue it in multiple ways.

I became a part of the worship team at my church in 2015 and became one of the worship leaders in 2017, working to lead on both guitar and piano. Starting end of 2021, I was the worship leader at Yountville Community church until February of 2023. Since then, I have focused on perfecting my original songs while continuously writing. 

My songs focus on moments in life, whether joyful or full of heartbreak or struggle. I strive to represent as honest a point of view as possible in the hopes of creating a true experience that will inspire and reach the hearts of my audience. 

My musical achievements include the honor of performing vocally at Jarvis Conservatory twice in my teenage years, which fostored my love of music as a whole.    

Recently, I have spent 2022-2025 completing my Bachelor's in Marketing. After reaching this goal, I have shifted my focus back to my true passion while utilizing what I have learned.    

I began recording my first album “Grief and Hope” at the end of 2025 and will be releasing the complete album in the Summer of 2026. I have high hopes of recording and releasing a second album before the end of 2026.
